“THE CURIOUS CASE of Pink and Green BUTTONS”

Luckily the pastels pink and green buttons did not gets smaller….they stayed cute and sweet.

Had to use my imagination and whatever tools I have to create different button styles. My daughter helped me making these buttons…ha..ha…my hired ‘in-house’ helper! Hey…she got paid you know.

Photo on the left is taken by my son using his Canon EOS1000D whereas the one on the right by me, of course using my compact Sony camera.

Roses on Cupcakes

For Faizaa to bring as wedding ceremonial gift, a.k.a. 'hantaran' , for her friend somewhere south. Quite a last minute request but I manage to complete my gumpaste roses on time. Phew!!!

MY FIRST CAKE...

April 2007

My affair with cake decorating started about 2 years back. I attended a bread making workshop conducted by Berita Publishing in January 2007.Chef Anuar demonstrated cake decorating using fresh cream. "Hey...I can do that!", my heart said.And I've never decorate a cake before...Ha,Ha..what was I thinking?!
Later, BAGUS outlet Kajang conducted a fondant workshop in April 2007. I went & voila! My first decorating effort:
